PROOF IS IN THE 🖼⬆️ . Calling all beginners, mothers... anyone who is unmotivated!!!! . Hi my names Kim but above is 3 different versions of me. PIC 1️⃣ - the overweight, unconfident me who put on a large amount of weight whilst pregnant and didn't think about the consequences. PIC 2️⃣ - the slightly happier me because I'd lost a lot of weight through dieting and running but was still not happy with the way I looked and was always STARVING! PIC 3️⃣- MUCH more confident me, lifting weights around 4 times a week and doing cardio because I BLOODY LOVE IT. Eat 5 times a day and snacks if I'm still hungry. . See... right here is the evidence you need to see that YOU too can achieve these results with lots of hard work, consistency and patience. Don't get me wrong I fuck up with the diet sometimes 🐷, and some days I put my children first and skip the gym but there's no excuse not to exercise when the kids are in bed 💪🏻 I hope this motivates you into starting your fitness journey or continuing it if you are feeling unmotivated. Ova mlada mama je podelila sa svojim pratiocima to da je bila veoma nesrećna kada je svakodnevno trčala po nekoliko kilometara i unosila samo 1.200 kalorija. Ona se tada mnogo trudila da smrša, ali nije bila nimalo zgodna.

Sada jede koliko hoće, srećna je i izgleda - nikad bolje!

"Treniram četiri puta nedeljno i uživam u tome. Malo trčim, tek na kraju treninga i jedem 2.000 kalorija. Puna sam energije i srećna sam, jer sada svaki put kada sam gladna mogu da uzmem nešto da pojedem", napisala je.

Kim je zamenila kardio vežbe dizanjem tegova.

Ali Kim naglašava i da ne bi trebalo da budemo previše opterećeni nekim telom "kakvo nemamo", jer je poređenje loša stvar, a svi bi trebalo da vole svoje telo onakvo kakvo ono jeste. Ona je priznala da je nju pogrešno razmišljanje nekada dovodilo do stanja izgladnjivanja i prekomernog iscrpljivanja trčanjem.

Zato sada svim onim ženama koje i dalje misle da bi tako trebalo da postupaju poručuje da će "možda smršati na taj način, ali da nikad neće imati tako dobru zadnjicu kao što je njena".

"Budite maksimalno motivisane i posvećene. Za izgradnju mišića je potrebno vreme", rekla je.
