"Jedem pice i burgere, a samo mršavim"

Sočan sladoled, pice i burgeri i dalje su na jelovniku Regan Paterson. Ona, ipak na čudotvoran način izgubila 38 kilograma i o svemu tome je napravila Instagram dnevnik.

You are not stuck in your current situation. You have the power and capability to change it. You just have to get comfortable with being uncomfortable. When times get tough (cause they will, it’s inevitable), you have to remember WHY you are doing this. For your HEALTH, for your CONFIDENCE, for your STRENGTH, for EMPOWERMENT, for SO much more than a number on a scale. If you focus on that scale every day, you won’t stick with it. The scale will go up and down, and just know that’s normal!! You are not going backwards with progress just because of a scale fluctuation up. There are MANY reasons why the scale can fluctuate upwards, and here are a few: 1. Ate a meal higher in sodium. Your body is just holding on to extra water right now, give it a couple days and it will normalize again. 😊 2. You did strength training the day prior. Again, didn’t gain fat, just a fluctuation 💪🏼 3. You ate lots of carbs late at night. If you are in a calorie deficit, eating carbs at night won’t make you fat (I promise!) if your scale fluctuates upwards the next day, your body is just holding on to water again. The second half of the word carbohydrate = hydrate, you’re just holding onto more water than usual. 4. There’s food in your stomach. Yes, after you eat you WILL weigh more. That’s because the actual food is in your stomach making you weigh more. But no, you did not gain fat. So seriously, don’t sweat the day to day scale fluctuations. They are going to happen and they are 100% normal, just prioritize nutrition (calorie deficit) and go lift some weights, and be PATIENT. 💪🏼

Regan ima 25 godina, a tek kada je završila srednju školu kilogrami su počeli da se množe. Bila je veoma aktivna, bavila se sportom do tada, a kada su aktivnosti prestale, a navike oko jela ostale..... počela je da se goji. I tako je dogurala do XXL veličine.

Plaža je za nju postala misaona imenica, krila se i izbegavala ljude i izlaske, samo je mislila kako će da pokrije i sakrije svoje ogromno telo. A onda je započela tranformaciju. Opet se aktivirala i vežbala je kratko, dva tri puta u teretani. Toliko je zavolela vežbaje da je sada, kada je oslabila, postal ai lični trener.

"U školi sam trenirala tri sporta. Sa tolikim aktivnostima nikada nisam pazila koliko jedem. I to me je kasnije skupo koštalo", rekla je za "The Sun".

Ona se ni sada nije odrekla pice, testa i omiljenog slatkiša, ali je počela da vodi računa. Kalorije broji i stalno je u pokretu.

"Nije lako ali mi je teže da budem gojazna. Bila sam jako nesigurn au sebe i ovo je moje lično najveće dostignuće. Da imam figuru kakvu zaista želim. Pratim i pravilo ishrane 80 odsto hrane koja je zdrava i potrebna, 20 odsto hrane koja je zadovoljstvo. I u mom slučaju sve odlično funkcioniše", priznala je Regan koja je sada ostvarena mlada devojka puna života i ambicija.
