Sofi je za Dejli mejl otkrila svoju tajnu dobrog izgleda. Mnogi će reći da je za to zaslužno vežbanje jer je ona ipak trener, ali ne zaboravimo da je ova zgodna žena rodila četvoro dece od kojih su dvoje blizanci.
Ova dama iz Australije tvrdi da je smršala čak 30 kilograma nakon porođaja tako što nije držala nikakvu određenu dijetu jedući raznovrsne namirnice.
Njeno omiljeno jelo je velika činija salate sa orašastim plodovima, jajima, prelivom za salatu, avokadom i bnundevom.

BAD FOODS ✖️ GOOD FOODS ✔️⠀ Being raised in a family who embraced a diet of whole foods, dairy free, sugar free, home grown where possible, line caught fish and home raised meats meant I appreciated where our food came from. It also meant a huge restrictive feeling for me, so much so when I left home I blew out hugely and I lived on Maggi noodles, chocolate yo-go, milo and Cadbury blocks as my staples to make up for the years without 🙄🙈 until I realised it was my FOOD making me feel that way. I changed my lifestyle and only eat whole foods again, which yes- worked. I lost weight and FELT better. Then I met my (now) husband who educated me more on nutrition & dietetics with more of a scientific, balanced approach. Now, I live a flexible dieting lifestyle- incorporating the foods I love (I would LOVE to point out my all time favourite foods to eat would be a big bowl of salad with nuts, eggs, fresh dressing, avocado and pumpkin LOL) but it also means I can eat dessert without feeling guilty and still reach my body composition goals- AND my health optimisation and nutrition goals. WINNING. This to me, is achievable, healthy and maintainable- I am even able to prepare for a competition without those around me even knowing as nothing changes (maybe 1 or 2 extra workouts) ❤️ so rather than labelling foods bad or good, remember balance and moderation is key; as when we restrict something entirely, we tend to crave it 💕⠀ Read more: @thebod_
